These terms apply when you browse hemc.pk, create an account, book a consultation or order products from Hashmi Eastern Medicine Clinic. By using the site you accept them.
Consultations
Consultations can be booked online or in person and are charged at the fee shown when you book. The practitioner reviews the symptoms, history, reports and current medicines that you provide, so the advice you receive depends on that information being complete and accurate. A physical examination, laboratory tests or referral to another healthcare professional may be recommended where necessary.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. The price charged is the price calculated by us at the moment your order is placed. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you before proceeding if an order is affected. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timescales, charges and the returns position for a given order are confirmed with you at the time of order. For safety reasons, opened products cannot be accepted back. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us and we will put it right.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Give accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account that is used to misuse the service or to submit false information.
Reviews you submit
You keep ownership of reviews you write, and grant us permission to display them on the site. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, or that make medical claims we cannot support.
Intellectual property
The text, images, branding and design of this site belong to HEMC or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
Liability
We take reasonable care over the information and products we provide, but we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. See also ourPrivacy Policy.
