Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Hashmi Eastern Medicine Clinic (HEMC) collects through hemc.pk, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us when registering — your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and date of birth.
- Order information — the products you buy, the amount paid and the address the order is sent to.
- Consultation bookings — the date and time you choose, the visit type and the reason for the consultation that you enter when booking.
- Your cart, wishlist and any product reviews you submit.
Health information
Anything you tell us about your symptoms, medical history, reports or current medicines is treated as confidential clinical information. It is used to assess your case and prepare your treatment plan, and is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work: a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and cookies that remember your chosen theme and language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who else processes your data
- Supabase, which hosts our database and handles account authentication on our behalf.
- Google Maps, which serves the map showing our clinic location. Loading that map means Google receives your IP address.
How your data is protected
Our database is not reachable from your browser. All reads and writes pass through our own server, which holds the only credentials with data access, and your sign-in session is kept in a cookie that scripts on the page cannot read.
Your choices
You can view and update your details from your account page at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your account and its records, email us at the address below and we will respond.
